Createx 4011 reducer is designed to lower viscosity, improve atomization and flow, and help reduce tip dry. Most airbrush artists and painters start by adding about 10% by volume (tweaking up to 30% for smaller tips or lower psi) and then allow about 10 minutes for the reducer to diminish the paint’s water surface tension for a smoother finish. If you’re working with standard Createx Colors paints—whether you’re doing illustration work or general airbrushing—4011 is your original go-to reducer.
Balancing Clear 4030 When it comes to mixing the additive, it is recommended to use it with Auto Air Colors, candy₂O, Wicked Colors, and Createx Illustration Colors for hard-surface and automotive applications. Simply mix 10% of the additive per volume with your paint and ensure a thorough mix for optimal performance. For the best results, let the mixture acclimate for at least 10 minutes before use.
